In regard to the radio show Tom Leykis 97.1 FM in LA and eslewhere. Jack Trimarco agreed to come on the show when asked, and Grogan refused. Leykis promised a follow up to this, and we can all encourage it by emailing Tom Leykis at tom@blowmeuptom.com

In this fine work you will see that Ralph exposed Grogan as a house of cards (Websites) that lead back to one phone number. You can tap on the pages and print them ou as PDF files which are legible. In short, Grogan was signing off on new investigator's 2000 hour requirement of experience for them to take their P.I. License for a fee. He defended himself and tried to snow the Administrative Law Judge on a BS line that it was an Earn While You Learn program. The Judge found him culpable on all counts, and all of his permits (P.I., Weapons, Mace, Baton) were revoked. + he had to pay over $20,000.00 to the State for the cost of their investigation. The finding was on 10/21/02.

KEEP THIS UNDER YOUR HAT; But I have the same BSIS Investigator for Dept. of Consumer Affairs now opening a new case, and they smell blood. Grogan is on borrowed time. I have personally written the "requested" conditions of sentencing myself which I will offer up as a friend of the court brief via my Attorney on behalf of the legitimate polygraph community. Time will tell if it ever gets used, as he gets due process first. Clearly his 40 pound polygraph academy in a box is just another reincarnation of "Earn while you learn" !!!

The so called "Convictions" are only from an administrative law court which in essence found him culpable / guilty of what was alleged by I'm told 26 counts of fraud activity. It carried no weight in the criminal world, but it was the catalyst event that caused Grogan to enter the unregulated / unlicensed California polygraph market, as he could do so overnight. In fairness, he has flooded the internet with variaton websites.

That's how I felt having to listen to three hours of nonsense, but I thought it was going to be worth it to hear the truth broadcast to over 4 million listeners...most of whom are in California...grogans manipulation grounds.

I am so so sorry to everyone that they never brought it up as promised. I even had a grogan victim who called into the producers as the show started to tell his story and they told him that it was going to happen later in the show...and then nothing.

Again everyone, I'm very sorry that my last minute email went out...I wish I could take it back but I got the news at the last minute myself and got caught up in the frenzy.
